The following Soldiers, sailors and airmen has been declared unfit for current duty and will have to go through medical evaluation before being declared fit for duty again.
Following have been declared unfit for current duty per. 10/12/3358.
PFC Christopher Reed
Physical Wounds: Gunshot wounds to chest.
Mental Illnesses: None
Time Needed: 4 Months in infirmary under observation, must take physical retraining.
PFC Berlioz Lamond
Physical Wounds: None
Mental Illnesses: Acute Nervous Breakdown/Psychotic Break
Time Needed: 3 Months of Psychological examination to determine state of mind.

Physiological Evaluations will be conducted by, Dr. William E. Baker. Please contact to make time.
Green with a strike through are good to go. Changes may be made.
