Confrontation (Amberson)

Hobbar nodded at her. "Good, if you have any more questions then you know where to find me." he told her and started to walk away. He had hoped that whatever issue was there had been in fact solved. If it wasn't solved after him talking to her just now then he probably didn't know what the problem was. He'd make damn sure to use a private channel instead of using an open channel the next time they were on mission together.


He still wanted to change as fast as possible though, the ice cream was beginning to drip down his shirt. Opening his office door, he changed into fresh clean clothes. He then took the dirty ones and put them into the clothes hamper. It was Franks duty this week to take the laundry anyways. He walked outside and decided that maybe it'd be time to go to the simulation room. He hadn't been out of combat for forty five minutes but for some strange reason he wanted to go into a simulation. He felt his stomach growl, well that could wait. Had Amberson made him want to practice combat? If she did then she never made it known to him. He was hoping that they could get past this bump in the road and move on.

Right, like she was going to go out of her way to go and find Hobbar. Ha. Ha. Very funny. Actually funny wasn't a strong enough word. She just nodded. When he left she presumed she was dismissed and she went to clean up. It wasn't a far walk to the enlisted but the last thing she wanted to do was run into people. The woman was very agitated at the moment and all that she wanted to do was go back to her bunk and sleep. The woman was tired, she still hadn't been to the infirmary and that is when she just collapsed on her way back to the enlisted berths.

The woman felt the floor hit and simply laid there. She was too dizzy to get up but she tried anyway. Soon she was on her hands and knees pushing herself up off the ground until she was in a sitting position. The last person Stephanie wanted to see was an orderly for the medical by so when the nearby nurse who was coming back from lunch tried to help her she threw a very misguided punch that was caught. "Hit me Sergeant and I will report your ass to Hobbar" she chided. Stephanie shoved against the woman who sedated Stephanie before getting a medical team to take her to the infirmary. The orderly went to go and find Hobbar after the medical team had gotten Amberson situated in the medical facility and cleaned up.
