Frame: (What does your character look like? Hair Color/Length, eye color, build etc) Lucien is the standard height of 1.85m, He looks young for his age it has happened sometimes he is mistaken a little younger then he is cause of his lack of beard growth and his face having the form of one a little younger then him. He has short Black hair, and has Heterochromia which means that cause of genetics he has a Green eye and the other is crystal blue. He has a thin build cause of him having a hard time gaining weight but it still muscular, some would say he is stronger then he looks.
Personality: Lucien is a person who tends to come along nice with most people, he is a person that also most tend to like, he isn't one of strong opinions unless he feels a reason to take one, but he'd be more then happy to give it, if asked. Lucien has a wish to get shown good enough, and end up commanding people, although instead of showing it by joining standard troopers, he got the training required to become a communication trooper.
History: Lucien was born in London, Britain, his fathers name being Matthew O'connel Vinigan and his mother was Victoria Vinigan, being immigrants from Ireland.
Lucien's time in school was average, he tended to his class and got fair enough characters, he wasn't a straight a student but got along all fair, he wasn't teased in school and did have friends, who as many other boys liked studying about the military and weapons, where he and his friends often had long talks with Lucien's father hearing stories about the things he had seen, and the fights he had bin in, always being proud which only boosted Lucien's Patriotism more and his dream to join the army. In his spare time Lucien used alot of time learning about Radio Comm packs, cause his father had served as an RTO, Lucien always found how they worked fascinating, and liked learning how they worked and how to fix them, Lucien spend countless of hours reading and studying about Comm packs and map grid patterns. As he got on with education he started taking classes in Electronics to learn more about his fascination to Comm packs.
As he finished his education and reached the age of 18 he followed his big dream and enlisted to fight for the UCHD and see foreign places, and fight the threads in the galaxy. His mother ofcause was sad of his decision but his father was proud that his son followed in his footsteps. Lucien and a group of his mates went to the enlisting office and enlisted together, doing his best to get assigned for the RTO post that he so dearly wanted, trying to run on his knowledge and during his time in boot camp he followed the instructions of his superiors doing his best not to break any regulations since he didn't want to get kicked out, where he became an average marksman.
Sample Roleplay: he was thinking of ways out from this mess so while he was fighting he was doing his best to look to his sides both to keep his flanks free and finding an escape he was sure he saw a stair to his right leading to a rooftop or something like it that would be his place, problem just being to get away from here to many to close to him but he knew his weapon made to much noise if he could just change to the silencer which would only be doable if he had a diversion or something.
as one of the zombies came close he smashed the rifle butt into its head which made a cracking sound coming from the zombie and it fell to the ground, Blithe was doing his best to stay on a stab, smash fighting style but didn't change a few shots was fired to kill an enemy or two cause they stood to close. Suddenly he heard a window crash Blithe turned his head and saw someone make almost an acrobatic jump not even landing before taking down the first two lessers, 'help lets hope' Blithe thought and hoped she wasn't mainly there to chop him up but then why would she..
